A great memory of the Fall of 1976.
-
Members of the group included John Batdorf (formerly of Batdorf & Rodney), lead vocals and guitar; Brent Mydland (later of the Grateful Dead), keyboards and vocals; Tom Leadon (brother of the Eagles' Bernie Leadon), bass guitar and vocals; Greg Collier, guitar and vocals; and Harry Stinson, drums and percussion.....
Also! check out John Batdorf 's new song "One Last Wish" pretty good tune.

This song is just one of those "feel good" songs from the Mid 70s. I remember it well and I love it! Thank you for posting! :-)

Where has this kind of talent gone these days??

i'm from Vancouver.Canada.I used 2 spend my summers in Evanston.ILFirst time I heard this song was late 1976.I was 18 yrs old on a blind date (Shay! I still love you!) driving my aunt's 1976 Firebird Formula (like Jim Rockford). This song brings back great memories of Chicagoland summer of 76. I still have the 45! I love it!

Onset beach 1976.This song stands out and reminds me of my favorite beach.Too bad the magic has long since faded. This song puts the magic back for 3:33 seconds. It was great to grow up in the 70s
