When i saw this video i knew i had to make one for MLP, took about a week to make using Sony Vegas Pro 11. Hope you like it!

how do you do that effect where you "move" up on fluttershy at 0:04 ?

@OriginalOtakuInc combination of things, if you have sony vegas this is what i did. using the crop function on the clip, i started at the feet then picked 3 points on the body i wanted to snap to and lined them up with the beat. then i used a blur effect in between movements, to kind of enhance the camera movement. i also added a spotlight to put more of a focus on fluttershy.

@Kevin01SH I got vegas pro 11, and I see the crop function (that's where you can move a pic like the cutie mark in the background right?) and I can move up on the pic.

But when I try to add the blur effect it applies it to the WHOLE pic and not just the parts I need. I try to use the timeline but it doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm suppose to use the blur effect that's in video FX right? (Since I don't see one in transitions)

@OriginalOtakuInc yeah you use the video fx function for the blur, theres an option called "animate" that you want to use that will allow you to turn the blur on/off at different points in the clip. just play with it and you will figure it out, pm me if you have any other questions. good luck!
