This was the second day of our October boot camp and the campers simply crushed this workout! It was 4 Rounds of 5 movements for a total of 20 minutes.
Movements:
KB Swing
Reverse Lunge
TRX Muscle Up
Rocket Jump
Push Up to Knee Tuck Variation

We finished with a sled push relay that isn't shown and really capped of a great workout!
