Hey, you can like him if you want, but I thought he was horrible with Santana. He couldn't keep up, and his style sucked. He was probably Santana's worst drummer, imo.

I have played with that man :D he's a great guy too! He played with the latin group i used to be in called Diaz Music Institute (A.K.A. Caliente) He's such a straight forward guy too, he fell asleep at a Maynard Ferguson concert because Maynard bored him O_o
