Thank you very much, Richard, and I am delighted to be here in these new headquarters. I have been often to, I guess, the mother ship in New York City, but its good to have an outpost of the Council right here down the street from the State Department. We get a lot of advice from the Council, so this will mean I wont have as far to go to be told what we should be doing and how we should think about the future.

We need to make changes immediately and re-write The System. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton should no longer be Secretary of State. She should now be Secretary of Foreign Affairs. Because what is Secretary of State doing involved with International Matters. She should now be in charge of International Law and Policy.

Yes, this is out of control when does the secretary of state from our government go to an outside independent group to be told what to do for Americans? This is completely unethical and outrageous acts of our grovernment. Hilary and all those who commit treasonable act against America should get the gas chamber!
