Prometheus-4 for 5.50 GEN-D

This video will show you how to update your psp 2001 to 5.50 GEN-D3 and then to Prome-4.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO UPDATE TO GEN-D3***
(Note: You need to be on 5.00 M33-6 CFW at least before updating)
Instructions:
Download 5.50 GEND-3 here --- http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1873
- Extract the UPDATE folder to /PSP/GAME on your memory stick.
- Obtain the OFW 5.50 EBOOT and copy it to the root of memory stick(Download it here --- http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1712
-Run the updater and follow the instructions on the screen.

To install Prome-4:

Download file here -- http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1953
Extract the file and copy folder to /PSP/GAME on your memory stick.

my psp is now ver 5.5 gen d3 and for some of the games i recently download [hatsune miku project diva 2nd and bleach heat of the soul 7] i cannot seem to start the game it aways says "the game could not be started(80020148) but i can play the new games and old ones [patapon 3 and gta liberty] do anyone know why?

hey i saw a few vids on how to upgrade to 5.50 prom 4 and at the end in the system information alot of them had "5.50 prometheus" instead of prome-4, if this isn't true can i update from prometheus to prome 4 directly?

@chowpakhong The root is the memory stick itself. (the screen you get when you double click the memory stick)

For example: if your psp's memory stick's drive letter is H, the root is H:\

but not anything else like H:\PSP\, H:\New Folder\, ..etc
