And I was thinking of asking my mum to buy me the time of the butterflies bok for christmas but I was just wondering if it was written in spanish or english as I am Australian but am learning spanish and if so would there be a english version/edition

I agree it wasn't just Minerva that died in the fight for freedom it was also her younger sister Maria Teresa and her older sister Patria that died as well and the whole thing focuses on Minerva she may have been the leader and the one that started it all but it should have foucused on all of them.

@WOAHitsKemo he kill them to give an example to the peolple about his power, but that was a big mistake, after that people got more angry and six moths later they kill him to revenge the buttleflies.

I was very disappointed with the movie... The book was fantastic :) I recommend everyone reads it before they watch the movie.
All of the butterflies should have been represented... They all had a role to play.
