Good video, Shows the movements very clearly, but has one MAJOR MISTAKE, you grip the nunchakus too close to the chain and it should be completely opposite, although it gives you more maneuverability, the nunchaku is a very short weapon by itself and you have to get as much reach as you can with it. Watch Bruce Lee.

regarding the grip, its the best and easiest way to preform many of the freestyle moves. Holding it like Bruce Lee won't allow for wrist rolls.

alrighty I think I got it, I am pretty sure I counted 9 times haha. Very good explanations by the way, though you should probably detail the moves after the first example.

I don't think i've seen Bruce do many wrist rolls if any, at the moment i am still learning, for a strike i tend to find depending on how far the target is away determines where the nunchaku should be held, and when contact is made a rebound is inevitable and needs to be catered for in the easiest and safest way, would a wrist roll be used to strike an opponent?? Nice vid by the way TrueMusou.

I do it with foam ones but not realy hardwood ones like you have. I smacked my nuts one time and well it hurt.
