White Bear Lake City (Part 2) Manager & Mayor Fail Credibility Test Again

Watch the 01/27/09 city council meeting where corrupt city manager Mark Sather and Mayor Paul Auger fail to give credit to Councilmember Tony Feffer as the originator of the idea for low-cost residential improvement loans.
Feffer made the suggestion at a July 10, 2007 city council meeting and subsequently detailed in a plan called the Neighborhood Revitalization Loan Program during his re-election campaign that fall.




Anytime Mark Sather says he cant recall something, it should be a trigger to everyone that he is lying, and anytime Paul Auger tells of his recollection, be aware that it is always just part of the truth, not all of the truth.
We thank Councilmember Pam Johnson for her honesty in recalling the facts and giving credit where credit is due.
