Ah, this clip contains my favourite scene in this wonderful and sadly underrated film. Robert Donat is superb, showing all his skill as a romantic leading man and character actor and adding such depth and emotion to what could be silly in a lesser actor's hands. Thank you :)

I have this movie on DVD. Donat's exceptional versatility shows in the wide variety of roles he played. He's unforgettably superb. His academy award winning Mr Chips is just wonderful.
