I met this tuk tuk guy stationed in front of my hotel who is kind enough to take me for an evening Sunday drive around the River Front, they called Sisowath Quay and Street 184. This is the place where the happening is. You can see tall palm trees on one side and restaurants, banks hotels bars, cafes, vendors selling tea -shirts and a lot of foreign food restaurants on the other side of the road.
There is also a halal Indian Restaurants here.
It was worth a trip going around the River Front and Sisowath Quay and it cost me around 5 US $ from my hotel and back.

Great! Cambodia, as a country, is a long way from civilization but it is still thriving and progressing slowly. It has its own charm and the spirit of the people there impresses me the most, considering what they've been through in the past 40 years.
