  • good video...I still say that if more people would take the time to pray before starting their day ...a lot of hostile work environments would be less stressful. It also does not hurt to listen to some fun music on the comute to work helps as well. We listen to too much negative information on talk shows sometimes that causes us to stress out even before starting our work day...Thanks again for the great video now comes the time to apply what is learned here...take care
