  • I am a Gold Star Sister to Spc. Jeffrey Henthorn. 2-8-2005. Jeff served for 6 years in the Army National Guard before deciding to enlist full time. He wasn't afraid of going to war. He reminded his oldest son "I'm here for good reasons, but I wish I was home..."He left us Chance 7, Brenden 4, and Josh 2. All boys look so much like their daddy, and as time goes by...I believe that Jeff touches their faces more and more. I need only to look to them, and there he is once again. thx for this.

  • god bless the troops for the work they do but that is a comment that should never have had to be said. the war in iraq has raged for long enough and enough people have suffered for a needles cause. i have no dispute that sadam had to be romeved from power but a 7 year war against iraq is unjustified. in the words of Bertrand Russell "war does not determine who is wrong or right, only who is left". god bless all our troops and may those who remain return home safe.

  • Bush declared not becuase of oil or any other scruetiny the press had inforced, but becuase Suddam and his misguided fortunes decided to see fit on boasting that he still had "weapons of mass destruction" that they were prepared to use.

    Bush hearing this same as his cabinet was deciding what to do about with this threat and after 9/11 all anger was put on Iraq since there was no sign of Osama in Afghanastan.

  • After all efforts some good was hoping to be made and luckily after the "Iraqi War" not the "War on Terror";

  • people of Iraq were happy to be free. For the first time Sui

  • Perhaps they meant well, but they were sold a bill of goods by Bush/Cheney/Rice, et al, and you repeat those bill of goods here. These were great people who tried to serve their country and they died in the process. The problem is that they did not question authority; they only did as they were ordered to do. They would be alive today living happy productive lives if it wasn't for Bush and if it wasn't for them blindly believing the liar, Bush.
