Hey there, i do have 1 video on here its under 1980 camaro z28 vs eagle talon i just got my camera working i will be making some new vids very soon full walk around and on board full out floor it videos, wasnt the best time at the track but i was still workin out a few problems my best time yet is 15.23 et, im sure i can get it in the 14s being here in A.B. Canada the alttitude is 5000+ ft if i was at sea level would definenly be low 14s.
@Peterzz28 cool vid. You should think about wieght reduction cause it makes a big difference with these cars. a carbon fiber hood and lighter doors alone would probly get you in the 14's at your sea level.
Im thinking about getting a fiberglass 2 1/2 inch cowel hood, i will have to buy it any way because the hood wont be able to close when i upgade my engine a bit, right now the car has flat top pistons, stock heads, .467 lift cam 222 duration, performer intake and holley 650 dp, my upgrades are i have a pair of very well ported camel hump heads with a matching torker sinble plane intake with a holley 750 dp and comp cam xe274 .490 lift, just waiting for spring to install
damn dude yea that should def me a tourque monster one you get the heads, and intake and carb on there. it would probly run quite a bit better just with the intake cause in my opinion a 650 dp is just too much for a regular performer. youll deffinetely have to post a vid when you finish the upgrades.
Cool car but those are very small exhaust pipes, i have a 1980Z with a 350 with 2 1/2 inch pipes with 2 1/4 inch purple hornie mufflers that dump before the axle very loud, i have 3.42 gears open diff, my car hauls ass but your car is still very cool.
yea lol my friends were always hasslin me about those pipes. ps- please dont tell me you have those gay fender flares on your z lol. you should post a vid, id love to see it
