California travel expert Veronica Hill of http://www.CaliforniaTravelExpert.com tours Miniland USA, a Lego city at Legoland California in this episode of "California Travel Tips."

This adorable theme park in Carlsbad California features dozens of Lego creations, including Lego models of San Francisco, Hollywood, New York City, Daytona Beach and the Daytona 500, and Washington DC.

Did you know there's more than 15,000 minilanders in Miniland USA?

And the numbers keep growing.

More than 20 million Lego bricks were used to create this tiny 1-to-20 scale wonderland where you can watch cars race at the Daytona Speedway, see boats set sail along the California coast and admire the colorful buildings of Pacific Heights.

With the push of a button, you can bring these tiny cities to life, from squirting elephants at the zoo to the break dancers of New York City.

At Miniland Las Vegas, explore the Strip and its famous casinos while taking in the sights and attractions. You can even watch a Miniland wedding at Candlelight Chapel or a dolphin show at Mirage.

Over at Legowood, take in a show at the Hollywood Bowl, explore the Griffith Observatory, or attend a premiere at Mann's Chinese Theater.

Approximately 380,000 Lego bricks were used to create the Capitol building in Miniland Washington DC, where a tiny tour bus explores some of the city's famous statues and buildings.

Other highlights include the bustling streets of New York, the bayous and graveyards of New Orleans and historic adobe California Missions.

My favorite part? Miniland San Francisco, where moving vehicles traverse the city's famous winding streets and a carousel beckons visitors at Pier 39.

No matter what your age, you'll be captivated by these detailed Lego creations of our country's most famous landmarks.
