Ending of Special event in Sheung Shui, Hong Kong

If it is the one I was thinking of then it is around Sheung Shui Wai, I am pretty sure it is quite a rare festival.

so cool - we were neighbors. I was the young gwaizai who lived there from March 2006 until March 2007. When I got married I had a 'wedding bus' come to Sheung Shui Wai and take me and my friends to the wedding. Now I live in Fanling with my wife.
