I have lived around the corner from this place for 3 years , what a great idea , my nephew has just finished 4 years in film school ,as camera and editing,and i have done proffesional sound for large concerts working with stage workers union , are you people in need of any help , would love to work in that complex , love the film industry ,that place can be the next silvercup studio,s let me know serious, glenn mayer

This is old Air Craft Radio in Boonton Twp. No one lives there. No one would be uprooted. This is where Riverside Hosp. would hold FanFair. It is great that they are starting a buisness there.

As someone who lived in Boonton, NJ and just moved recently, this seems somewhat frightening! As they were describing it's property space, they were showing people's home and townhouse areas that I'm supposing these poor people will be forced to uproot from!
