Obama is not articulate. Obama gave a speech in Aman, Jordan. Speech lasted 41 minutes, there is a montage of Obama stutter for 7 of those 41 minutes! No repeats of "uh" used in the 7 minutes. That almost 20% of speech content. The entire 7 minutes are here:

He can speak english but cannot convey involved ideas clearly. He comes across as spouting motherhood statements. He is missing all nuances of the language. The exact opposite is Barack Obama who has articulate oozing out his pores.
