i have been brick lane from whitechapel road into osborn street then i went to the ideastore in whitechapel, i also been bethnal green bow plaistow isle of dogs canary wharf stepney poplar limehouse other places in tower hamlets.

Yes terrific I was in digs in Bethnal Green Rd in 1953.
I wish he gave street names I could follow on my A-Z

He was driving from Shoreditch around the neighbourhood.

overall i like this part of london not the nicest of places at night lol but mostly its great

that was ace.... i dont live in london any more but the latter half of the film was my daily walk to work exactly!!!! and it stopped just outside my old work on commercial street!!! memories are good things .... thank you very much!!!!

i agree with you completeley, parts of manchester are becoming outpriced for families who have lived there for years, a few new bars etc and people move in pronounce there selves as bohos or trendies, and take over the fuckin area

Interesting trip. I used to work for Truman's nearly 50 years ago when "Truman's Brewery" really was a brewery. Have lived abroad for many years now and was facinated to see what had become of this site in Brick Lane. Could actually see the door to the old Bottled Beer Order Office where I used to work.
