  • "That was a terrible show. Terrible. The equipment did not work. The sound did not work. And yet every person from Seattle I meet thinks this concert changed their life. It's highly hilarious." - Blixa Bargeld, 2000

  • @p3on Got ego much Blixo ? Firstly, I never claimed this show or any other "changed my life". Secondly, there may have been a total of 2000 people at this show. How many of us have you met since then ? I call bullshit.

  • @74elcaminohef blixa is the founder of EN you fucking moron

  • @p3on Duh. And just like most "Rock Stars", an embarrassment when he opens his mouth. How common.

  • fantastic. i was at this show, and have been hoping for someone to upload some of it. thanks so much!

  • We were standing on the rail cars. You can see us in the background. Someone else has the rest of this show. Please post it!!!

  • @74elcaminohef Bargeld has a reputation of fucking around with journalists/interviewers if he thinks a journalist is being pretentious, being stupid or did not do their research beforehand. Anything stated in most interviews by him ought to be taken with a little skepticism as to whether he's serious or not at any rate, because most interviewers fall into one of those three categories. He's got an ego, but he'd need one to get on a stage and do what he does. No ego, no Blixa.

  • I missed seeing Neubauten because I didn't want to go out to the desert with a paper due. My regret. That was the previous tour, after they burned a stage in LA. Even horrible, Blixa, being out there doing this could have changed people's lives. But........ there are a lot of poseurs out there.

  • i was there. it was great because it was in a public park and was fucking loud. echoing off queen anne hill! pretty cool event.

  • @74elcaminohef

How is his statement egotistical? He doesn't think the show went that well yet every person he met who was at the show thinks it was great. Every person he MET, that doesn't imply he met every person from the show. Don't get me wrong, I've seen interviews with Blixa & pretentious he is but, that quote isn't.

  • WOW. THank you so much. I was there. I had to get my dad to drive me there. We were standing on the cement block to the right of the stage.

  • @p3on yeah but the fact that they were there is a totally amazing feeling in itself. ya know?

  • @74elcaminohef lol "rock star"
