Paris policemen caught with hands in till

When two policemen walked into a telephone office in Paris and asked to conduct a routine inspection of the premises, the owners were happy to oblige. But while the staff were distracted in the back, CCTV cameras caught the police officers apparently helping themselves to piles of phone cards, straight from the drawers. The images, released by channel Europe 1, have been quickly circulated on the internet -- while the officers have been suspended pending an inquiry. Duration: 01:15

if you look at it in terms of probability of being caught, and value of goods they can steal each time, it is possible that it would be worth it

They should certainly get arrested and then fired. It is a major flaw in character that clearly shows not only have they no morals but no desire to uphold their oath and do their job even while on duty.

But do they get a free phone call? The card might come in handy. LOL
