@LUKE82603 Yes they can target small areas, but will need to feather the it out a bit to blend with the surrounding skin..They can do areas as small as a 2inches by 2 inches

What is the best device out there to reduce pore size, I hear LED home treatments work, or Retin-A and Tazorac. Do retinoids reduce pore size?

@BallerandRunner Laser is the best device for tightening pores. I have never heard of LED treatments. Retinoids may help a small bit, because they promote new skin growth. Co2 laser works best....
