@mabng once you've saved to file on your desktop you have to drag it into your music library on itunes first BEFORE then copying it from your library to the iphone, the ringtone should pop up after its in your library. hope that makes sense..

@TheFoul456 how come it didnt work for me? it wouldnt show in my iphone. it have a sync symbol beside the track number on the left side.
