DriveForLife - Lady's Transport

So I joined a community on LiveJournal called "DriveForLife", and this Saturday was my very first transport.

As far as the dog- Lady was a complete cuddleslut from the first 10 minutes in. She looked like she was scared of me at first, even trying to follow the family who dropped her off to me back to their car. She kept looking up at me like I was gonna eat her or something! I tried giving her water, even some treats, but she refused both...

And then when we got onto I-88 going east on our way to Schenectady, BAM, in my lap she went! Thank god for rest stops, I was able to get her back into the passenger seat. Of course, that didn't help me much. As we where on the NYS Thruway, I thought I went too far, and went to grab my directions I had written down to see, and of course, Lady grabbed that opportunity to cuddle as well.

All in all, it was fun! And Lady made it home to her new Mom and Dad safe and sound. :3 I will post again when I do another run!
