The disc is bend. I see it wobble when you the wheel is spinning.

@J0HND4v15 haha yeah the pads tend to glaze up easily from heavy breaking all you need to do is sand down the pads with a light grit sandpaper once and a while and they should perform great

@Onesavedbygrace right, juicy's are amazing new, but they always need adjusting if you go for the more cheap option of the three's. so my advise, is get some either new juicy 5/7 or hayes 9 are amazing. i have them.

Depends how much you are spending on the bike to be honest.
It is a great deal if you pay a great price...if this is our first disc break...then you will be just fine. if you are doing hardcore downhill ...then not really. mountain bike, train even expert ones... you will be okay...
what bike are you getting?

uff they are man... look it came with the bike.. breaks! i had to adjust the lever a bit so i would get the best breaking... but make that squeek noiseeeeeeeee!

avoid these. constant rebleeding needed. Invisible leaks. I had to change mine due to constant problems. Got avid juicy. no problem so far.
