  • @evildude12 mine has 262k on it and still strong!

  • @Msteinebach92 What are u going to use in combat?? Mercedes or Volvo??costly price to American..You guys European only want big money in your pockets!! How wonder Saab run out of business. Common Mercedes without American market..You European already going broke. Bring back to germany and make your own military vehicle with 5x more than Toyota made kkkk look your car sale and Jap sale to see what I am talking about... ( I don't mean you are a German Ok) just an example!

  • @Msteinebach92

Just like your Colt 1911 US get rid of the ugly squeeze on the handle to open fire!! In the extreme conditions, the soldiers forget to squeeze and can not fire to enemies and only 7-8 rounds.

Replace by Beretta (origin Italian made) 17 or 18 tounds per magazine and easy to fire in any conditions and more rounds too!

    - Asian military hate Colt 45 because need big hand to use this gun!

So, toyota using in military is not big deal. Remember, they tested b4 used.

  • @moonlighter6 I use my ranger as a daily driver and i use it to plow snow. I've started it up when it was in the single digits, and no hesitation. I've plowed with her for 3 years now and never has it let me down. Also, i have towed a silverado 1500 up a hill to its cabin, while plowing the driveway. I think that can speak for itself.

As for the 4.3. They are torquey motors, but lack HP. 4.3 183 hp 4.0 210 hp (around those margins. and 240 for the 4.0, 252 for the 4.3. Hp wins the race.

  • @MicroOrginisum reliability and solidity of manufacture count more in my opnion. Three co-workers own falling apart Rangers equal or newer than my Toyota T100 - very sad. 14 degrees here today, my Toyota T100 cranked a ran without any problems, sqeaks, squeals, etc. The Rangers were not so lucky and they are maintained well, too. The 4.3 liter Chevy S10 V6 is faster also, will the Ranger 4.0 beat it?

  • @CharlieDoan Thats dodge with the transmission problems.

Fords know for the 6.0 diesel prolem.

Toyota is known for their acceleration problem.

Chevy is known for their engine problems.

  • The rangers 3.0 was a sucky engine performance wise.

    The 4.0... different story.

  • @moonlighter6 And the rangers 4.0 can whoop the 3.4's but.

  • These things run like civics

  • T100 3.4 liter V6 here, only additions NGK Iridium IX plugs and synthetic performance fluids everywhere. Glad I did not buy the TOY 4Cylinder, I can easily embarass any stock Ford Ranger 3.0 liter !!!
