With ignatieff as the new leader of the Liberals the Tories cant attack him as they did with Dion because of the crisis at hand. Harper cant call another election because the country cant afford it and voters will get mad. Tories are pretty much done in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Latest economic reports suggests that Canada will run 30 billion dollar deficit next year. Do you know how pissed off Canadians are? The 2% GST cut was a gammick.Haper is wishing he never cut the GST.

Let's look at the NDP's record:

Rae in Ontario - All 10 New Democrat MPs from Ontario lost their seats 3 years after the people saw what the NDP could do. In 1991 they proposed social programs that would create a $9.1 billion deficit.

The Bloc: THEY'RE SEPARATISTS!! It's complete BS that the Conservatives could have a majority government if you eliminated the separatist party.

Thats not how you vote in a coalition. Look at other nations with the same parliamentary system as ours and you will see coalitions are not that uncommon.  When you vote you vote for individual MPS who choose a person to be prime minister. You do not choose the prime minister.

I actually did, i used to be a liberal believe it or not. After all the fuck ups Liberals did since Jean Chrestian era, i would rather see how fiscal conservatives would handle this economic crisis. i do admit it is very hypocritical. but im sure we can all agree most politicians are hypocritical.
