they are able to chase peoples until law enforcement from the other country take the chase.

But usually they prefer to stop at the border as it's lots of trouble crossing the border. Every time they do so they are reprimanded by their superiors. When they cross they get under the other country laws.

And anyway, I think that Schengen is a waste of time.

Very interesting video; if necessary how many kilometers border guards are able to run after a man/woman in another Country's territory?

Maybe an interaction with border guards of France, Italy, Germany and Austria would be more explicative about Shengen system.
