Chen-style Taichi Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang of Beijing is also a master of Taoist Qigong (rejuvenation & healing exercises; also spelled: Chi Kung). The Primordial Qigong is a series of gentle movements that recharges you like a battery with deep breathing and full body motion. It blends the basic ("primordial") creative energies of Nature with the personal energy of the human body. The Taoist healing tradition of China knows that abundant life energy (the
"Qi") is always flowing around us. We simply need to open ourselves to the Qi to recharge our vitality. Practicing the Primordial Qigong promotes physical endurance and resistance to illness. It reduces stored stress and chases away fatigue. Many people find that this style of qigong provides relief from many different ailments including headaches, arthritis,
fibromyalgia, and rheumatism. American qigong teacher and scholar Kenneth S. Cohen, M.A. states that this method has
the strongest anti-cancer effect he has seen in 40 years of martial arts and qigong experience. www.qigonghealing.com. That happens because these smooth and continual movements activate the cleansing functions of lymphatic system. Qigong is also a great warm-up for martial arts training or any competitive Western sport. This 15 minute video is an abbreviated demonstration of the Primordial QIgong. Once you have learned the form, you can do shorter or longer sessions, according to your own daily schedule. I am Gloucester, Massachusetts acupuncturist Eli Jacobe. I learned Master Feng Zhiqiang's Primordial QIgong in 2002 from Kenneth S. Cohen, a prominent American qigong scholar and teacher. Ken Cohen, in turn, had trained extensively with Madam Gao Fu, a direct disciple of Master Feng, as well as training with Grandmaster Feng when he visited America. I will teach the complete set of the Primordial Qigong on Saturday July 16th, from 1 to 5 PM. This will include the rarely taught internal visualizations that are essential to get the full benefit of the movements. The workshop will be in Gloucester, MA at the 222 Arts & Wellness Center, 222 Eastern Avenue (Route 127). The class will convey an understanding of Qi, gained by the experience of awakening Qi in the student's body. The $50 tuition includes printed materials and a DVD
of this video, to ensure your easy continued practice at home. Class size is limited. Preregistration is required, call me at 978-525-2255. For additional information about qigong, my office website: www.AtlanticAcupuncture.com. Qigong will energize your life. Please share this video. If there can be 2 million hits for a guy dancing at an Apple Computer store, let's have some significant viewing of this precious self-healing skill. I also teach ongoing, weekly qigong classes. Mondays at 6:30 PM at the Active Healing Studio, 15-rear Lexington Avenue, Gloucester and Thursdays at 9 AM at the 222 Center. Graduates of the July 16th workshop can join these classes to reinforce the Primordial Qigong and learn additional skills.

  • i want the song.....

  • @diatribes74 This is the complete set, even in a compressed form, not showing all the repetitions. Buy the book if you need more details, it is not very expensive and an investment for life. This video was a great companion to visualize the movements from the book.

  • I think it is helpful though I do not understand chinese. Could I have any help from a book or DVD IN ENGLISH?
