@Gest00rd Heck yeah, great list!! Arcanine has always been the poke I would pick to have in real life (if we could only have one).

@TaeKwonHottie I always used an Arcanine in my team, until gen 5.

Then Volcarona and Darmanitan came.

Huge powerhouses.

Stoutland, Scrafty, Excadrill, Volcarona, Samurott and Alakazam ( one of my other favorites since Gen I ).

I thought that you'd be interested to know!

@Gest00rd Please do! I certainly recommend that play style to anyone who hasn't tried it before. It's fun to get a team of people you like throughout the game and end up with some potentially competitive pokes. I'd love to hear how it goes, and which pokes you use!

@TaeKwonHottie You're indeed right, because Gen 5 made it much more easy to EV train better, but raising pokemon to level 100 takes toooo long to even try ...

When doing a playthrough, it's fun to do ofcourse.

@Gest00rd Too true, but I derive enjoyment from spending time with my team and going thru the game with them. What I often do is to hatch 2-4 eggs of pokes that I want to use at some point and go thru the main storyline (on a new game) with them, EV training them along the way, and then correcting them with EV dropping berries later on.

It works well, I learn what my pokes can and cannot do and (without TRYING to brag) I often win over the people I play with.

But sav for strict competitiveness!

@XENON3120 im looking for some help, i want to get pokesaav or at least a program similar to that to be able to get saav pokemon and online battle, i just recently got white version and EV training is so boring and would take a long time to make a full team, any help is really appreciated
