Today, Kerry will move into a mother and baby unit where the 17-year-old will be under constant surveillance - but that is undoubtedly the lesser of two evils for the couple, given that they feared they might lose custody of the child they fought so hard to keep. 'To say it's been a roller coaster is an understatement,' says Mark. 'Witnessing them take Ben from Kerry made me cry. He was sleeping in her arms after his feed and looked so peaceful. 'I tried to argue with them, but they said no. 'It's only after they've read medical reports from the hospital, in which the midwives and medical staff said we are loving parents, that it appears they've decided we can have Ben back after all. 'Kerry will be able to care for Ben all day, every day and I'll be allowed to stay at the unit as often as I like.

If they've taken your children already, you need to make plans if you want another child.

John Hemming/Ian Josephs can guide you to EMIGRATE before you get pregnant. DONT wait until the month before as they can put care orders in plan, whilst only 2-3 months into the pregnancy.

Somebody has to be unaware of there own existence, in order to not be aware of what love means. If you are aware of your own existence, you are aware of how to love. You might already be sure of how to do many basic cares for another/others. Or you are aware, of how others can guide you practice in learning the basics of care needed to care for another/others.

It's all deemed to be a matter of 'consent' if someone understands the implications and the law of marriage. What is meant by consenting to sex and what protects or leads to having children...then there is no reason to stop a person having a family or children. Mild learning difficulty is deemed to be people with IQ averaging around one hundred. IQ scores vary as much as ten when you take the tests. What these people need is a darn good lawyer. Also the young lady needs independent testing.

Ok, so, in America, there is more than 50% of the population who is genuinely too stupid to understand the implications of their decisions, but they don't have learning disabilities. So it's okay to be 'mentally disabled' if you are the product of socio-corporate engineering to make you the perfect moronic consumer, but if you have something like Aspergers, Dyslexia, ADHD or mild retardation, you're expected to take care of yourself, but you have no legal civil rights?
