@obscureluzername not true, being proud of your country to produce such great people, or being proud you were born in the same place as someone great, is a perfectly valid feeling or thought. its more-so being proud of your country in general than being born there.

@krishewittisawsome It's not sarcasm, I am calling into question why a person should feel proud of someone elses accomplishments. The fact that 7septim and 54 40 are all Canadian means nothing. They were born here, it doesn't make us any better or worse than anyone else in the world. Simply being from a country that has bands that make music you like doesn't really give anyone the right to be proud because it's the musicians that made the music.
