This makes me sick to my stomach,watching that ex-cop smiling away with his defence team.What he inflicted on that man was torture,nothing more,nothing less.He wholly abused his position.I can grudgingly concede the use of the Taser,but to continuously Tase an individual,even when he's unable to defend himself,i.e. shackled to a chair not only makes this 'man',a so-called law enforcement officer a disgrace to his profession but also a disgrace to humankind.
