Synopsis:
This video is about the difficulty some ex-pat women have assimilating into HK society. It's kind of a piece about cultural clashes.

  • Maybe they should have a search this video on YouTube ("利君雅係咪第一個喺無記中文台報新聞嘅非華裔記者?") ...but oh wait, they need to be able to listen in Chinese...

  • Whores. They don't even bother to learn the language yet they expect HK to kiss their asses and become their friends?

  • @artamerican yes, and these whitey love to come to hong kong and go around telling the locals what to do on their own home turf !!! You don't see Chinese FOB pulling these shit on Anglo soil.

  • Ya, I occassionally see Anglo people behaving rudely sometimes "gosh, why don't they speak english, right here" typical, anglo imperialism......

  • I can only speak to the two incidents mentioned at Starbucks and people talking loudly on the tram. I think this is just an issue of rudeness. In New York you get the same discourteous behavior on a daily basis, so I would say it is not specific to HK Asian society.

  • Dumb Bitches!! I never seen any white people trying to make friends with migrants who just move to the west and can't speak English. If you want to make friends with the local then learn the language. Fucken white people always complain that the migrants don't integrate into their society and when they move to another country they send their kids to international school and live in their own little community.

  • @TheBgoz Hey Brooke. I know where you live...

  • @PakistaniisPower I hope that you know we're not all like that, just the majority. ((sighs)) It's really annoying how right they think they are.

  • Haha, typical Americans. Yep, what they said is pretty much the narrow minded, all about me culture we have here is the US. I can't wait to move to HK and experience open-mindedly the new culture.

  • ? I have Hong Kong friends of over 15 years
