  • Hi - This video was only intended as a practice video for one of the people dancing in the video, and we put it up so he could practice at home. A series of proper instruction videos is coming for Irish set dancing steps- reels, hornpipes, down jig steps, slides and polkas. Watch this space :)

  • @madfortrad07 Yup! Can't learn the skill of a reel step in 5 mins unfortunately! But you can learn quite a bit towards getting there...keep tryin! I will be doing more detailed and better filming on all the steps shortly - watch this space.

  • Good, but why don't you break it down? Why not show the progresion from one, two, three and ,one, two, three, and. I have my own heel toes/hammer downs but would be interested to learn others.
