  • Even Glenn says in the interview "if I do everything that you asked me to do" Why are mormons so wrapped up in pointing the finger at all these things WE have to do instead of Jesus finished work. Don`t call yourself my Christian brother until you point the finger away from yourself and point that finger at Jesus. The mormon bible says you can`t have forgiveness until after you have done all that you can do on your own! That directly contradicts Gods word.

  • @bowtechspeedfreak John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. - A call from Christ himself to action. We are saved by the Grace of Christ, but that doesn't mean we don't have to actually take some action ourselves.

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. - another call to action from Christ himself.

John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall bide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

  • @Troydnlsn This will be easy...as shocking as this may seem to you we don`t have to "take some action ourselves" as you say.Galations 3:1-5 Paul scolds the galations for teaching works. Paul was a former pharacy, they had to live holy and do works,he later said that he counted all his works as crap in the shadow of the cross. He also said if anyone thinks they need to do works to achieve salvation he is an "ENEMY OF THE CROSS" This is unto salvation..then there is another judgement for Christians

  • @bowtechspeedfreak Luke 9:23-24 "And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it." - Again, Christ's own words. If we are to follow Christ we take action to do so.

  • @Troydnlsn Right, you can't earn salvation from your own works. That does not mean that you do nothing. Matthew 12:49, 50 “For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.” - The direct words of Christ himself calling you to actually DO something, keep his commandments. Christ didn't just say believe on me and then don't bother keeping my commandments, always He calls us to action.

  • @Maximus9364 ... Who cares? Take your bashing somewhere else, please.

  • @twocentsin6 I love the book of Matthew. You forgot verse 21 "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven." The Book of Mormon teaches us to follow Christ and try to follow in his footsteps. We obey his commandments as found in the Bible. We actually follow the Gospel as He taught it. We have the organization as he instituted it. "Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."

  • Glenn Beck is a mormon why is he on a christian program ?

  • @bowtechspeedfreak The most ant-Christ thing about mormonism is not trusting in works,it`s not following the false teachings of a proven liar and sexual pervert named joe the false prophet smith. No it`s doing the same thing satan did when he was cast down,he said "I will be like God"

Mormons think they are equal to Jesus and will go have spirit sex and populate other planets. This is why j.s. claimed there were people living on the moon and b.y. taught there were also people on the sun! REALLY?

  • @LDSTrueDoctrine He will say "you did not try to establish your own rightiousness, but trusted in me to be the end of the law,and that way there may be rightiousness for EVERYONE who will only believe" Romans 10:3-4

  • @bowtechspeedfreak

    Matthew 25:14-30

So when you "point to Jesus", what do you think he will say to YOU?...

I will gladly be about my Master's business until I stand before Him. ;-)

  • @LDSTrueDoctrine Romans 4:4-5 When a man "works" his wage is not a gift but as an obligation. However to him who "does not work" but trusts in God who justifies the wicked, his faith is credited as rightiousness.

We can all throw scripture around but when get to heaven and they ask me why I should get in? I`ll point to Jesus and you can tell us how good you are and see where that gets you.

  • "The mormon bible"? Are you talking about the King James version? Because not only mormons, but most Christians use it also.

What did Jesus tell the rich man who asked him what he needed to do to be saved?... "...sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor,... and come, take up the cross, and follow me." Mark 10:21 "...faith without works is dead" James 2:20. So I guess you are right; the Bible does teach that we are expected to follow Christ & do all we can to obey His teachings.

  • I'm glad Glen found happiness. I with that people would look for happiness for themselves instead of trying to make others unhappy in this world. Too many haters!

  • Glen Beck, alcoholic and drug addict and Pat Robertson delusional and psychotic old man, add them together and you have proof that God is nonexistent...

  • Robertson and Beck only worship one god: MONEY.
