So true, worrying is not only a waste of your energy per say, but primarily a disrespect to the person you're worrying about. That's why I always feel bad when somebody says to me "I'm worried about you"! Why would the kitty looks like a worried old woman??? There is no need for worry because there are NO PROBLEMS.
