You are wrong.The low point must be in the middle...or "zero".
The preferred orbit and rhythm can never be achieved otherwise.
You are catering to the folly of "one throw wonders".

This is all wrong, there is no negotiating the low point, especially in your winds. You guys need to take this video down immediately before you give people the wrong idea, particularly youngsters who have no access to hammer coaches. And I'm not trying to be an asshole, I am actually very concerned.

@veseris65 ahaha widel ya eto uprazhnenie, bedanaya dewochka tam :) wy luche poishite w poiskowike Litvinov sprints. eto budet umora esho pohleshe. oni pod imenem moego bati uprazhnenie prodwinuli. 180kg prised i potom srasu zhe bezhat 400m i tak 4 podhoda wrode :D

Привет!Опять ругаешься!Я согласен и некрасиво, и ошибочно и , главное убивающее развитие......особенно неприятно,что они очень умно говорят об метании молота,тут недавно было спец. упражнение ,,взято из советской программы подготовки метателя молота из Эстонской республики Юрия Сосланова " просто пипец!Понахватают всякого без знания и умения а потом basic tehnik
