sure its easy and is a different tone, but that doesnt make it bad. Its just different. If people didnt do this with covers you may as well just listen to the actual song. And besides real gems can be made by changing up a song like this, for instance gary jules cover of mad world by tears for fears or jeff buckley and hallelujah originally by leanoard cohen. point being music isnt about exactness, its about feeling and interpretation.
