It switches between the meters 5/4 and 6/4 throughout the song. You can hear the transition best starting at 3:20. It starts off in five and then switches to six and goes back and forth every measure until 3:53. The big accent he plays is on the fifth beat of every 5/4 measure.

@Em3501 it's probably because of the rythm; like in a 4/4 rythm or 3/4 but in this case it's a 5/6 rythm. Sorry; don't know how to explain it more clearly, 'cause I don't know the proper name for it, haha! Hope you get it...!
