@gourdeman Its white fondant with black fondant I used a square cookie/fondant cutter and just placed them on the fondant!! If you have any other questions let me know!!

Thanks for your immediate response. However, I don't know what fondant is. I am not a cake baker, but I thought it be nice to place a pattern like this for my mom's ice cream birthday cake. I would use the dark fondant or whatever would be nice to put on a ice cream cake. Thank You So Much
