Hi Everyone, Just a warning here, I have never used a video camera until just a few days ago and I have never created a video until then. I have no idea how to edit, etc. But I will be learning. So this is a totally unedited video, including my parrot, the tv, friends talking.. I still hope it is helpful. I will do some painting in my next one, hopefully. Not having done this before, it was difficult for me to do everything at the same time. Am certainly open to any suggestions. =D susie

  • =D Like your sense of humor. This one was tips and tricks for my free watercolor class, and hopefully most know how. to do that, of course, many are wanting to know how to prevent that..lol

I will be doing more painting that will show how to make some nice blotches..:)

  • I agree with Susie, buy the best quality watercolor paints and brushes you can afford. It makes a world of difference.

  • great video

  • Great information! Thank you for making this video.

  • Grumbacher is cheaper and very good quality.

  • I do agree that more expensive materials are a lot better, however when I started out, I used Crayola watercolors as well as very cheap, $10 brushes. I produced some of my best paintings using them. I still use my Crayola materials as well as my newer, more expensive brands.

I'm just saying, cheap things do sometimes work. But I wouldn't use them for everything.

  • So sweet. i never mind about camera :) It's very good video :)

  • I really liked your video. It is very informative and extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing the rest of video.

  • I think you have done very well. Thanks.
