Instantly takes me back to childhood. I love how the soloist speaks directly from the Word of God. Something that I feel is missing in a lot of today's 'Gospel' music. God Bless NJMC

Yes this song was originally recorded by the New Jersey Mass Choir, and it became so popular that it was eventually made a hymn and can be found in church hymnals today.

Verse 1: From the rising of the sun, Until the going down of the same; He's worthy, Jesus is worthy, He's worthy to be praised. Chorus 2: Glory (2x), In all things give Him glory; Jesus, blessed Savior, He's worthy to be praised. Verse 2: God is our rock, hope of salvation, a strong deliverer, in Him will I always trust. Were the New Jersey Mass Choir the original gospel artists who did this song? It's one of my all-time favorites, and sticks with me as a small child!
