Is this really a humane way of getting rid of pests? I don't think this is what they had in mind....

  • I hate sparrows. I use the glue traps all of the time. For every one you free, I will kill 5. They kill Martins and so I kill them.

  • I hope house sparrows fucking die in hell!!! They aren't even sparrow's to begin with, but some non-native type of Finch that were brought over a long time ago and have since become a PEST and people ARE ALLOWED TO DISCARD OF THESE BIRDS IF THEY ARE CAUSING TROUBLE!!! did all of you crying little babies ever stop to think of all the destruction they do to any other birds nest that they come across??? they kill the whole nest and take it over. On top of that, they have the most annoying song ever

  • Lol natural selection in action

  • @Base877 So on the basis of your reasoning I presume you are also out hunting and killing the domestic cat which apparently kills millions of birds, reptiles and small mammals every year. If not you are an idiot.

  • It's not the glue traps that kill 'em. It's the Carpenters on repeat play.......

  • @alainaiso No, sir, that sparrow has not commited any sin. He is just being a sparrow, and killing them with glue traps isn't a solution. I find your reasoning ignorant and cruel.

  • @Base877 Indeed, house sparrows are non-native species that are having a severe impact on native cavity nesters. However, sparrows never asked to come to the usa, and killing them in extremely inhumane ways simply isn't a solution. Just as you wouldn't make a purple martin die a slow and horrible way, it shouldn't be so for a house sparrow.

  • It looks like a crucifixion... of glue.

  • @ib422000 i was mocking your "parting shot" not emulating it ,hence the "lol"

but again you can't seem grasp what I'm saying,i suppose we could agree to disagree, although I'm not entirely sure we "disagree" on anything......

and regarding the "insults" ,it's just my manner of speaking, stop being so sensitive and remember you're on the internet

  • @ib422000

Come back and talk when you can do so without showing your utter lack of class. Relying on 'douchebag' and' idiot' shows that, in a battle of wits, you are unarmed.

Quit while you can....and hopefully use something original as a comeback instead of using my, 'You are done' parting shot.

What part of 'Humans are the real intruders in nature' don't you understand? It's not difficult to understand, but only for those who can read.

You're not an idiot. Just woefully backward.

  • @ib422000 i wasn't equating myself to Freud or seriously implying that you're a racist,it was merely a reference to your comment "analyzing me" for calling you an idiot

my point is,you make a douche bag comment like "Humans are truly the intruders in nature" and yet clearly justify "intruding on nature" when it suits YOU,all those things you listed where here before us and will be after.i wasn't defending glue traps used in this manner, just pointing out your hypocrisy.

    "you are done" lol
