Whoever put the annotations on this video is a moron. I do not know the exact age as stated in the law of Louisiana, but the officer in the video was quite clearly past the required age (whatever it may be) where one must always wear a life jacket while operating/ riding in a vessel of that length.

ok about your comments on the video...im oretty sure in that state you dont have to wear a life jacket if youre over 18 and two if he not under power he is allowed to straddle the boat
