Thanks, but let me add this. Think about NCLB (No Child Left Behind). This was a bipartisan bill passed into law. The goals of NCLB will NEVER EVER be met. I am a teacher and I know this from first-hand experience. You are not going to have a 100% graduation rate, 100% of minority students pass standards of learning tests, or poor white students pass standards of learning test. I believe in NCLB by principle, but not in reality. It is designed to let public schools fail.

Does anyone remember when Ronald Reagan said that ketchup was a vegetable for the school lunch program? Remember that Heinz Ketchup is full of sugar?
