The only people who say "Worship isn't about showy dancing, it's about expressing her love and praise to God through dancing. God doesn't care how 'good' or 'bad' we are at something" are the ones who are not good musicians. There is no excuse for this band to be playing incorrect chords, unless the guitar player cannot bar minor chords, which supports my statement.

@TheAdamClark Worship isn't about showy dancing, it's about expressing her love and praise to God through dancing. God doesn't care how "good" or "bad" we are at something. It's like the parents who admires their child's artwork even though it may not be a Picasso, it may just be a bunch of scribbles. But to the parent, it is beautiful.

I play in a worship team and I'm not a bad guitar player :) BUT I never over do things! I play the riffs, lead guitar etc. I can be very fancy but I do what is right for the team, I stay in the background, never come to the front or pose about!! because I feel thats never right! I serve the church and do what song leaders ask with no attitudes or ego :) and I agree with what you say, it doesn't matter how good you play :) because its never about performing
