Metallica riffs on my new Mesa Studio Preamp.

Some classic metallica riffs on my new Mesa Studio Preamp. This preamp is as close as you can get to the circuitry of the Mesa Mark IIC+, the legendary amp that made albums like Master of puppets, and justice for all, and the Black album.
This amp has PHENOMENAL crunch tones and a beautiful clean sound (i ll post videos later on).
Jackson rr3 into Mesa Studio Preamp into Mesa 50/50 poweramp into Mesa Vertical 2x12 cab.
JJ tubes in preamp and poweramp.

I bought the studio pre on friday, and took it to a band practice to hear how it sounds. Plugged it into a Marshall DSL's FX return and the tone was so ridiculously awesome that the walls exploded. I tested out the settings you wrote here some time ago.

One question though. You mentioned that you have your own mod for it that smooths things out. Do you mind giving me some guidelines on the said mod? Thanks

why i like it? I dont own it anymore, but it was a nice solid metal guitar. Hard to find a better metal guitar at that price.
