Gravado no Rainbow Theatre, localizado no Finsbury Park em Londres. Esse ao Vivo apresenta músicas dos LPs: Moving Waves (71) e Focus III (72), segundo e terceiro discos da banda, respectivamente.
O Focus é uma banda de rock progressivo dos Países Baixos fundada em 1969 pelo organista e flautista Thijs van Leer. Suas extensas e quase exclusivas composições instrumentais e improvisações continham várias referências à música erudita.
