Bohemian lifestyle,
his words seemed worthwhile,
independent and intelligent
- even if you didn't know what the hell he meant.

Picky 'bout his music,
sellouts gets him pissed,
he's listening to bands,
that don't even yet exist.

With his neat hamster moustache
and the thick-rimmed glasses,
he does get some laughs,
yet is noticed by masses.

Lumberjack shirt,
corky jeans and 60' shoes,
it's vintage, old school,
makes him look - 'effortless cool'.

Bohemian lifestyle,
his words seemed worthwhile:
"impediment experiment,
development irrelevant".

Time went by
for the hamster named Indie,
but something was wrong,
wasn't like it should be.

He realised he was blind
and was dreaded to find,
he's not at all unique,
not one of a kind...
